Good Customer Service

This is my second time working with Comcast Communications, and both times I’ve been thoroughly impressed! There is one time they made a big mistake, but it was handled professionally! The first time I dealt with Comcast, I was calling about new service. The agent and I had a very interesting friendly conversation, she even told me she stayed in my area, city and all. She was a sweetheart, and because of her, I decided to go ahead with the service, along with the deal she gave me! The time I had a situation was a bill discrepancy, but it was handled ok, I paid by check over the phone, but a couple weeks later, my service was interrupted due to invalid payment information! Come to find out, the agent had my routing number wrong. I was highly upset, but it was taken care of, and the fee was waived! So that was good enough, then when I canceled to go to another company, they graciously discontinued my service and that was that. Now I’m back with them, and they’re starting me over as if I was never with them! As nice as ever, listening carefully and trying to get me what I need! The deal was nice, higher than I normally pay, but as long as I don’t have the same hassles as the other company, it’s worth the extra few dollars! Some of the best customer service I experienced, reminding me of myself. The service is decent, but I do appreciate good customer service |
