Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

For this company to be so huge and have decent service and price packaging, I guess they have to drop the ball somewhere. At&t has got to have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Granted, not everyone is bad, in the past couple of days through my ordeal, I must commend the actual customer service department for being as sweet as can be! But accounts receivables, HUGE THUMBS DOWN! This company has got to have the dumbest and most insensitive policy I’ve ever come across! These people all had the same rehearsed and robotic answers to what the problem was, it was so irritating and frustrating! “I understand your frustration”, “I understand how this can be upsetting, but”! NO YOU DON’T, YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING!! If they did, they would be more willing to help, rather than throw policy in my face, especially when it’s the company’s fault I’m in the predicament I’m in! I made a payment 2 months ago by mailed check. These cats put the check through electronically for $14.45, the check was written out for $121.45. Ok, I called them and let them know the issue, I waited then paid an additional $107 a few days later. They then credited my bank account $14.45, and withdrew $121.45. Now they have 2 payments correct? According to them, NO! The $121.45 never showed on my At&t account as paid, what? So they interrupted my services; I was told to send proof, I faxed my bank statement and highlighted “9/17 $121.45 at&t correction withdrawal - 9/17 $14.45 at&t correction deposit”. What more do you need, plain English, plain sight, it’s right there so what’s the problem? Oh yeah, POLICY! So I had to fax the actual ACH transaction code from the bank (what’s the freaking difference), still they say it’ll take at least 14 days, WHAT? Then going to tell me I have to pay the full amount plus the $121.45 until they’re done with the investigation. WHAT? What investigation? PLAIN ENGLISH, PLAIN SIGHT?! I lost my new online job cause of this, I was still in training for 1800Flowers, perfect timing guys! So, all they can say is, “they’re sorry for all of the inconvenience” but they’re at work talking to me about how they can’t do anything, and I can’t work, so now I have to look for another job! Only problem is I can’t do that until I get some more service to go online and look for a job! I also do other things online to generate extra cash, can’t do that either. So now I’m enduring the headache of finding sufficient services to accommodate my needs. I found the company, but I have to wait about a week and losing a week’s worth of payments plus! Such garbage and wasted time. If it was my fault, I can understand, but the company’s? Well, guess they don’t care, they’re worth billions! In case you guys are wondering, as I’m typing I’m not on the internet, no I don’t have any service right now. I’m typing all of my reviews in MS Works until my services are back on, and then I can copy n paste everything and post it! Can’t wait until I’m done with this situation, we’ll see who has the last laugh! I don’t take disrespect and disregard too well, yes they have a policy, but policy also says to help the customer, the customer is right, in this case I am, and also to pay our bills, which I did and showed proof! As long as I been with them; so they want to treat me like a deadbeat customer, ok, watch me! |
